Area athletes to play in the 47th annual Kiamichi All-Star Classic

Eastern Oklahoma State College will host the 47th annual Kiamichi All-Star Classic presented by Bravado Wireless on May 28-29 in Wilburton. High school athletes, who were selected by area coaches, will compete for either the North or South teams in softball, baseball and basketball.

 

The Kiamichi All-Star Classic will begin Tuesday, May 28 with girls' basketball at 6 p.m. followed by boys' basketball at 8 p.m. in the C.C. Dunlap Field House. The softball game is set for Thursday, May 30 at 5:30 p.m., while the baseball game will take place at 6 p.m.

 

Bravado Wireless is the lead sponsor of this year's All-Star Classic and will provide a livestream of all four games. Visit bravadoTV.com to livestream the games from your computer, phone or tablet. The games will also be streamed to Bravado Wireless's official Facebook and YouTube pages.

 

The girls' basketball teams will be coached by Staci Simeroth of Wetumka for the North, and Josh Fields of Whitesboro for the South. The North boys' basketball team will be coached by Jeff Oliver of Eufaula, and the South boys' basketball team will be coached by Ryan Woolsey of Broken Bow.

 

The North softball team will be coached by MikeWomack of Howe, while the South softball team will be coached by Billy Karr of Whitesboro. The North baseball team will be led by Jason Edwards of Sallisaw Central, while the South will be led by Bryan Cartwright of Whitesboro.
