Eastern to host girls’ basketball camp June 18-19

Eastern Oklahoma State College will host a summer basketball camp for girls June 18-19 in Wilburton.

Head Women's Basketball Coach Al Davis will direct the camp for girls ages eight to 14. Davis said the camp will focus on discipline, defense, rebounding, teamwork, ball handling, passing and shooting. Eastern basketball players from the local area will assist with the camp. 

The two-day camp is from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. on the first day of camp. The cost is $30. No meals are provided, but concessions will be available.
