Keeley Johnson earns NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week honors

Eastern Oklahoma State College catcher Keeley Johnson has earned her first Player of the Week award for the season. She was named the NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week for Week 7. This is the third time an Eastern softball player has earned the distinction this season.

Johnson is a sophomore from Rattan, Okla. Through 28 games this season, Johnson has a .306 batting average with 8 home runs, 23 RBIs and 18 runs scored.
