Bio

Kendra is a native of Van Buren, Arkansas and took over as the head coach of the Lady Mountaineers in 2015. She played college softball at Eastern Oklahoma State College in 2007-2009, where she was the former single-season homerun leader her freshman year with 18 homeruns and was first-team All-Region catcher. She continued her education and softball career at University of Arkansas at Monticello. As a junior, she helped the Cotton Blossoms to a program best 55-13 record, a Gulf South Conference Championship, a NCAA Division II Regional Championship and a NCAA Division II Super Regional finalist. That same season, the Blossoms were recognized as having the highest team grade point average in the nation among four year universities. Kendra graduated from UAM with her Bachelor’s of Agriculture-Animal Science in May 2011.

Kendra began her coaching career at Eastern Oklahoma State College where she was the assistant softball coach under Andy Mace for four years before taking over as head coach in 2015. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from East Central University in 2015.

She currently resides in Wilburton with her husband, Anthony.
