Bio

Meagan Woodward, a native of Sachse, Texas, joined the Eastern Oklahoma State College women’s basketball program as an assistant coach in 2025. Prior to Eastern, she served two seasons at Colby Community College, a member of the highly competitive Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. While at Colby, Woodward was responsible for player development, recruiting, game planning, and travel coordination. She helped develop multiple All-Conference players.

Before beginning her coaching career, Woodward played collegiately at Iowa Central Community College and Colby Community College before completing her career at Arlington Baptist University. During her time at Arlington Baptist, she was part of two national championship teams (NCCAA and ACCA) and earned ACCA All-Region recognition.

Woodward earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas. She is excited to bring a competitive mindset and a commitment to player development to help continue Coach Bean’s culture of excellence at Eastern Oklahoma State College.
