Jonah Cox earns NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week honors

Eastern Oklahoma State College sophomore Jonah Cox has earned his first Player of the Week award for the season. He was named the NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week for April 18-24, 2022. This is the sixth time an Eastern baseball player has earned the distinction so far this season.

Cox is a sophomore infielder from Broomfield, Colo. So far this season, Cox has a .441 batting average with 2 home runs, 62 RBIs, 37 stolen bases and 61 runs scored.
