Greenlee Wells earns second NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week honors

Eastern Oklahoma State College third baseman Greenlee Wells has earned her second consecutive Player of the Week award for the season. She was named the NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week for Week 6. This is the second time an Eastern softball player has earned the distinction this season.

Wells is a freshman from Vian, Okla. Through 31 games this season, she has a .441 batting average with 9 home runs, 44 RBIs and 29 runs scored. In Week 6, Wells hit for a .478 AVG with 5 HRs, 15 RBIs and 8 runs scored.
